Janie and I have known each other for over 20 years. We first met at the Vietnamese school on Saturdays when we were teenagers. We were able to keep in touch from time to time throughout all these years. So when she asked me to shoot her wedding, it was a definite pleasure to do so.
For the engagement shoot, Janie + Manuel wanted to have it somewhere a bit rustic and industrial at the same time. So we decided to go to the Old Port. The weather wasn’t really cooperating as it was a bit too windy. Actually we had to cut it short as it was getting too cold. Shierly did Janie’s hair and makeup for this shoot.
